3. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

Booking: Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, email, or phone.Cancellations: We understand that life happens! However, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.Refunds: Any refunds or credits for canceled services will be issued at our discretion.
