"My life changed forever"
"I met Phoebe when I was expecting my third child and thanks to her knowledge and confidence in me I was able to nurse my baby longer than I ever nursed my two previous children. As fate would have it, I saw her again after having my fourth child, and she was very responsive and helpful. We worked through some trouble I had and now I’m still happily nursing my baby. She has always been very supportive and has answered all my questions. Phoebe has become a dear friend to our family, and when my daughters play midwife, of course they all pretend to be Ms. Phoebe”.

"Highly recommend"
"Breastfeeding my child for over two years and still going strong has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. And I can say, without a doubt, that I owe this success to Phoebe. From the very beginning, she provided me with the knowledge, confidence, and unwavering support I needed to navigate this journey.During pregnancy, I took her comprehensive lactation course, which was filled with invaluable, science-backed information. She didn't just teach the basics; she empowered us with a deep understanding of how breastfeeding works, how to nourish our bodies for optimal milk production, and how to handle challenges with confidence. My husband and I learned together, which made us feel prepared as a team to give our baby the best possible start. The real magic happened when my baby arrived. Within 24 hours of giving birth, Phoebe was there for me, offering personalized guidance when I needed it most. And in the months and years that followed, her continued support ensured that I never had to second-guess myself. I never felt the fear or uncertainty that so many new mothers experience because I had Phoebe with her expertise, her encouragement, and her presence just a message away. One of the most profound gifts she gave me was confidence. I was able to advocate for my breastfeeding journey, backed by science and knowledge. When other mothers shared their struggles or reasons for stopping earlier than they had hoped, I realized that so many of those challenges could have been overcome with the right support- support that Phoebe so generously provides. If you are pregnant or struggling with breastfeeding, don’t hesitate to reach out to Phoebe. She is a rare gem in this world-someone who truly cares, who equips you with the tools you need, and who stands by you every step of the way. Because of her, I have been able to provide my child with the best source of nutrition for over two years, and I know I’ll continue for as long as my baby needs. I will forever be grateful for the impact she has had on my motherhood journey."

"unbelievably knowledgeable"
Her lactation support was life-changing. Public education completely let us down—I couldn’t believe how little I knew beforehand. She taught me things I couldn’t even find online and was hands-on when the textbook advice just wasn’t working. Her love for her work runs deep, but the love and care she showed me as an individual was something truly special. She has always been there for us, and she even feels like family now. Pheobe is unbelievably knowledgeable, truly the best of the best, and has supported us before, during, and after. She delivered our firstborn, and without a doubt, we’re choosing her again for our next. Don’t wait—reach out and experience her care firsthand! 💕

"She provided the best, personalized prenatal care"
"Phoebe came into my life unexpectedly when I was in labor with my first child, and my family and I consider it one of our greatest blessings. The midwives at my birth center had rotated through their shifts while I was in labor, and I was worried that my birth center was going to send me to the hospital. I had never met Phoebe before, but she showed up for me in the middle of the night and believed in my ability to deliver my baby the way I intended. While I was in labor, she gave me information to confidently make my own decisions and she respected all of my requests. But most importantly, she protected my space with her warmth and faith. She prayed over me and my husband, and she made us feel empowered and loved through very challenging moments. Eventually my son arrived into Phoebe's gentle hands, which couldn’t have been more fitting, since my family now considers her a real life angel.
Phoebe also helped me greatly on my breastfeeding journey. She provided excellent care when I was going through difficult times, and she cheered me on through all the victories. When I was having pain, she always made it a priority to schedule visits, she gave me options for natural remedies (because that is what I am most comfortable with), and she would check in constantly. She also provided guidance and support to my husband throughout my breastfeeding journey, so he understood how to help me with different nursing positions and comfort techniques. Because of her, I was able to nurse for 25 months, which has been one of the greatest accomplishments of my life.
We recently welcomed our second child in a beautiful home birth with Phoebe again. She provided the best, personalized prenatal care and I left every appointment feeling empowered, prepared, and deeply cared for. My labor and birth experience was everything I dreamed of. Phoebe and her assistant Darcy filled our home with their loving presence and fully supported me through labor, delivery, and beyond. We are so thankful for Phoebe and her services and highly recommend her to any woman seeking a compassionate, caring, and empowering midwife.

by the first session we made big progress and by day 3 I was feeling very confident
"Phoebe was a huge blessing to me in my postpartum journey. I had planned for a home birth but was not able to go forward with that plan when my water broke a month early and I did not dilate. I was extremely disappointed when I had a c section and was not able to start breastfeeding besides pumping until my baby and I returned home from the hospital about 4 days after his birth. Phoebe came to work with us as soon as we got home and by the first session we made big progress and by day 3 I was feeling very confident. Phoebe was so calming and helpful and I looked forward to her visits as a new mom who needed reassurance and guidance. I highly recommend Phoebe as a knowledgeable and seasoned resource. She made all the difference for me in my breastfeeding journey. My son is almost 14 months and we’re still going strong!"

"I felt confident in my natural ability to birth a healthy baby"
"Home birth was a life-changing experience for me. From the beginning of my pregnancy, Phoebe was the guide who made my husband and I feel safe and empowered. She provided invaluable education and was incredibly patient in addressing all our questions… and believe me, we had many! As a result, even though I had a difficult labor that spanned several days, I felt confident in my natural ability to birth a healthy baby. Phoebe encouraged me through the long hours and ultimately helped bring my baby into the world with her calm, loving presence. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience.
With love."

I know that choosing the right support for your birth and breastfeeding journey comes with a lot of questions—and you deserve clear, reassuring answers. Here are some of the most common questions I hear from families like yours. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out—I’m here to help.
A midwife provides holistic, personalized care focused on natural birth and supporting your body’s innate ability to give birth. Unlike an OB-GYN, midwives specialize in physiological birth and emphasize education, informed decision-making, and emotional support. If medical intervention is needed, we will collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the best possible care.
Yes! Research shows that planned home births with a qualified midwife are just as safe as hospital births for low-risk pregnancies. I bring years of experience, monitoring tools, and emergency protocols to ensure the safest possible environment. If complications arise, we have a clear plan for medical transfer when needed.
Absolutely! One of the best things about home birth is that it allows your partner and family to be as involved as you want them to be. Whether it’s helping with comfort measures, catching the baby, or just being present, we ensure your loved ones are part of this beautiful journey.
Low milk supply is often remedied with proper feeding techniques, frequent nursing, and by addressing any underlying causes. After assessment of your situation, I offer strategies to naturally boost your supply.
I provide comprehensive postpartum care for the first six weeks after birth, but many families continue working with me for breastfeeding support, emotional well-being, and holistic healing well beyond that.
We are currently self-pay only. However, midwifery and lactation services are often covered by insurance, or reimbursed through HSAs/FSAs. I can provide documentation for reimbursement, and you can present this invoice to your insurance company.
Midwifery is rooted in evidence-based care and has been used successfully for centuries. The World Health Organization (WHO) recognizes midwives as essential in reducing unnecessary interventions and improving birth outcomes.
Choosing home birth allows you to:
✔️ Give birth in a calm, familiar space that promotes relaxation and smooth labor.
✔️ Avoid unnecessary interventions that may not align with your birth plan.
✔️ Have complete autonomy over your choices, movements, and birthing positions.
✔️ Experience uninterrupted bonding and immediate skin-to-skin contact without hospital policies restricting your choices.
